I have forgotten my Secure Portal password. How do I reset it?

To reset your Secure Portal account’s password, visit the portal login screen. Click on the "Forgot your password?" Link as seen above.

Next, enter the e-mail address associated with your secure portal account (this would generally be the e-mail address that is receiving secure e-mail notifications) and check the "I'm not a robot" check box. Then, press the "Send me a password reset link" button.

Check your email for password reset message.

Click the password reset link in the message.

1) Type in a strong password in the Password text box. You have achieved the strong password when all strength boxes are green.

2) Next, retype your chosen password in the Confirmation text box.

3) Then press the Submit button.

You will be redirected to the login page, where you can log in using your new password.
