Create a secure portal account to view your message.

The Secure Message Portal allows recipients of an encrypted message to read and reply to messages securely. 

1) The first time a secure message is sent to your email address,  you will receive an email notification message.  
Click on the "Click here to create your account and view your message." link.

 

2) Next, check your email for an account activation message so that you can create a password.

3) Click on the " Click here to create our secure portal password" link, in the account activation message.

4) Next, create you secure portal password. If you need guidance, please click the "Help" link.

If your password selection meets the requirements, the SUBMIT button will become blue in color.

Click Submit to confirm your password.

5) Enter your email address along with your newly created password, and then click the Login button.

6)  Your Secure Portal Mailbox is then displayed.
