Currently, the ability for recipients to configure their secure portal account to require 2FA is only available in the Government Edition of EncryptTitan.
This 2FA feature will be added to the Business Version of EncryptTitan late this quarter (target date is December 15th). (What we refer to as the Business Version is the commonly sold version of EncryptTitan).
The Yubikey secure token 2FA option will not be available with the Business version; all other method will be supported.
The customer administrator, or MSP, will have the ability to leave 2FA disabled, force 2FA as a requirement, or make 2FA optional (left to recipient's discretion).
The customer administrator, or MSP, will be able to configure the 2FA methods they would like made available on the secure portal.
