Create a secure portal account to view your message.

The Secure Message Portal allows recipients of an encrypted message to read and reply to messages securely. 

When a secure message is sent to you, for the first time, by an EncryptTitan user, you will receive an email notification like the one shown below.

 

To access the Secure Messaging Portal:

1. Click the "Create your account" Link in the notification message. You will be directed to a web page that will prompt you to create your secure portal password.
   
   
   
2. Create a password that meets the password complexity requirements.
   
   
   
3. Click on the "Create your password" button; you will be redirected to the secure portal logon page.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Your email address, which is your username, will be prepopulated in the username field. Enter the password you created.
   
   
5. Click the Login button. The Secure Messaging Portal is displayed.
